In today’s New Straits Times , a leading Malaysian newspaper, reporter Elizabeth John delivers an amazing, two-page News Focus on THE LIZARD KING, entitled (curiously),  Malaysian Who Loved His Wildlife.  The story focuses on Anson Wong and includes reactions to the book from both the Wildlife Department and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.  Customs says it will conduct an investigation into events described in the book, the Wildlife Department, known as Perhilitan, has a very different response.   Feel free to let me know what you think…
